What we understand
We understand four key matters of critical importance to shareholders:
- That creating real sustainable value added in underlying business units enhances the inherent capital value that would either ultimately be unlocked once the investment is sold or alternatively enable the repayment of debt or payment of substantially enhanced dividends;
- That demonstrating clearly to shareholder and debt providers alike, that maximum enterprise value can be obtained by pursuing a measured, tangible and carefully planned approach to internal financial management. This is critical in balancing shareholder aspirations with the demands of current and future debt providers;
- That bringing on board a hands-on results driven team at the right time is sometimes viewed as a pioneering solution which benefits all parties;
- That strategically innovative substantially less cash hungry, value added based options may be a lot more attractive to existing stakeholders.
