Overview
We research and identify mainstream challenges in all walks of life or areas of under-utilisation of resources and develop solutions which are simple, attractive and economic. Such solutions are enabling platforms and are sufficiently flexible to be able to operate in most parts of the world. Our appetite for incubating concepts is broad and we are open to opportunities in most sectors and across many geographical locations.
Our current portfolio of incubation concepts comprises activity in the following sectors:
- SWYFTEE (www.swyftee.com) - a two-sided digital labour marketplace connecting businesses needing short-notice help with nearby people available to work right now, operating as a pure introducer with no agency involvement, no payroll, and no commission. Originally built and proven live in the UK market in 2017. Now in active pre-development for relaunch on modern architecture.
- Affordable Housing - expected launch date Q2 2029
- Financial Services Hub; in particular SME Finance - no firm launch date currently
As well as providing the initial finance, we are particularly hands on when it comes to the growth and expansion of a concept. This may encompass:
- development of an initial idea into a commercial prospect
- converting a myriad of thoughts into a cohesive business model
- driving where necessary core aspects of the business
- identifying key business partners at crucial moments in the growth cycle
