A significant investment group had taken the decision to review all aspects of the business; from corporate governance to internal controls, from portfolio assessment to the development of short, medium and long term strategies.
Working with newly appointed senior management and having identified a number of key issues, an implementation plan was devised and presented together with a detailed strategic blueprint for the future.
A number of potential new business opportunities were also identified and initial phases pursued as part of the preparation of the strategic blueprint.
