Who We Are

Scorpeus Consulting is a specialist advisory and investment firm focused on two principal lines of activity:

A Concept Incubator - investing equity by way of the provision of seed and growth capital and hands-on intensive support to carefully selected concepts from idea to start up across a wide breadth of sectors.

An Advisory & Consultancy Practice - dedicated to improving the corporate, financial and operational performance of business; in particular, corporate restructuring and turnaround situations. We utilise all the value creation techniques of private equity for the benefit of the business, without the need for shareholder stakeholders to divest their investment.

Scorpeus Consulting was set up in 2011 to formalise the investing and financial management activities that the Founder had performed over the previous three decades both in Europe and across the MENA region.
